Proudy's Astrophotography with the GSTAR CCD Camera
unguided video astrophotography

Welcome
G'Day, I'm Proudy from Perth, Western Australia. I bought my first telescope in 2006 and started astrophotography in 2008. All the images were all taken with a 10" Newtonian and the GSTAR-EX mono (black and white) and/or the GSTAR-EX colour cameras (unless otherwise indicated). I feel that I am capturing good images under city skies, with improving image processing skills.

Be sure to check these sites out to see what the GSTAR can do in the hands of image capture and processing experts:
Darrin Nitschke | Steve Quirk | Steve Massey
